I just want to say how happy I was that my brother was at Reo Vista healthcare. He was there for three weeks and made such improvements. The facility was clean and the staff extremely helpful, Rehab was so beneficial for him having occupational and physical therapy five days a week . I just want to thank a few of the staff that I got to to know; Jessica, the Community Liaison Director. What impressed me is that as patients were walking by she knew their first name and was extremely personable. She was friendly and helpful, and didn’t rush you off if you had some concerns or questions. Jan the Admissions Coordinator, was very helpful with whatever we needed and always had a smile on his face. He always had time for you when you needed something. Liz, the physical therapist was great. Also, Nico and Tatiana the CNA’s were very kind and caring. I would definitely recommend Reo Vista to patients who need Rehab and Nursing care. Thank you to the entire staff.
Rachel RN -Rachel excels in the three “Ps“ – patient, polite, and professional. owina OT – Rowina is a very good occupational therapist. She helps me daily to prepare to go home. I wish I could continue with her after I leave here. Liziel PT – the bright spot of my day is physical therapy with Liziel. Always smiling and encouraging and working me to the point of where I feel like I’ve worked out but not fatigued. She understands this stage of my recovery and is very good at what she does. Andrew PT – although not my physical therapist Andrew always greets me each time. I am in the rehab room with a fist bump and the bright smile when he has time he comes over to talk different fitness ideas with me so that when I go home, I don’t regress. Nico CNA- Nico is at the top of my list of all CNA‘s that I have encountered here. This is not to put down any other, but expresses my belief that he is passionate in his work as educated himself as a CNA and desires to provide the best care for the Residents
Rowina OT – Rowina is a very good occupational therapist. She helps me daily to prepare to go home. I wish I could continue with her after I leave here.
My uncle is staying at this facility and he tells me that he really loves it. Everyone is attentive to his needs and makes him feel at home. Pamela in particular helped us with a situation and we really appreciate her for it. She’s very professional

My husband has had to stay At Reo vista a few times to recover. Skilled nursing facilities are not always the happiest places, and there is no perfect system. Reo Vista is better then most, clean and well ran. they all do their best we’ve never had any major issues and my husband’s care has been good. Unfortunately not everyone has family to advocate for them but the key is visiting often and staying on top of your loved ones care, speaking up when you need to. The staff is usually quick to resolve any issues. They have remodeled quite a bit, it’s looking better each time, bright and clean no bad oder which nursing facilities are infamous for. I would like to add… that their Physical & Occupational Therapy teams are awesome!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Reo Vista Healthcare Center was pretty good. My brother liked being there a lot. One of my concerns, though, was that they have people going out from the entrance of the door and sometimes I feel like people could smash their fingers or their hands by opening those doors. They should have somebody that will assist them in opening the front door because they go out just to see the view. The first time my brother was in a room, one of my sisters found out that that room had mold. So she spoke with the director, making concerns about that room and they changed it. Their maintenance was good. I think it’s a decent and clean place. I know they were remodeling stuff, which looks good. I also like that every time they will have lunch, they will put on a tablecloth and they will bring the food to the patients. Anything that they needed, they were there for the patients to bring them coffee, tea, or even ice cream or Jell-O, which I thought was a good service. My brother liked their bingo and lottery. He was so active on their stuff. He will go to the lunch area where they have the dinner place and where they do different activities. That’s what I specifically liked, that they had a lot of activities. The staff just needs a little bit more training.

I just want to say this is a great facility , amazing people at the work place. My grandpa was staying here not too long ago and everyone was very patient and understanding I had the pleasure of meeting Isabel that helped me and my family out during this rough period . She was very helpful and caring and understanding. Amazing environment overall .
