Good facility up to now, March 2026. New management, Administrator, DON. Will not monitor your loved one. Filed complaint to Dept Public Health Lic. & Cert. – patient neglect. Do not send family there. High staff turnover.

Este lugar es horrible pase mis peores momentos .. no te atienden bien no te bañan no te cambian el pamper no te dan de comer nada bueno pésimo lugar. Firme bajo mi responsabilidad para salir de ese lugar no lo recomiendo para nadien

My mother is currently staying at this facility, and she has been treated very well. She says the staff takes great care of her and is always attentive to her needs. She truly enjoys being there, from the therapy services to the nurses, who are very kind and caring.Thank you Reo Vista

I am very happy to say that I have had overall a good experience although it could use a little bit more of a team effort by that I mean look after each other. If someone is out then try to help so there is a quicker way of helping us as patient in their needs and if you’re going to take longer because you have one and one or whatever the case may be let them know so that they’re not wondering when you’re coming back and pressing the call button. I am so proud of all the nurses, therapist, doctors, maintenance, recreation, housekeeping and kitchen stuff for their work and keeping the place running. May you all continue doing the best and if you could improve to do the extra mile do so it will reflect on you all in the years to come. My mother just recently died from a stroke, she was there from 2021-2025. She didn’t pass there at Reo Vista but, sadly on her way back from Scripps hospital for hospice care at the nursing home. I considered that place her home, among people who actually care about their patients. I’m glad she was at Reo Vista Healthcare facility, they absolutely adored my mother and spent time with her. I’ve never experienced a bad with the staff, my mother was always well taken care of. Trust me I never announced when I would come either. I live out of town and received monthly updates about my mother’s care. They reported any injuries to me, minutes after the injury. Which were far and in between, I believe she only had three non significant scratches or bruises in the fours years at Reo. Reo Vista cares staff and nurses care about their patient care and to fill beds up beds for profit, like most nursing my mother worked during her time a nurse. Even though my mother wasn’t rich, they gave her rockstar treatment as I’ve seen for all the other patients there. Walk in the facility on any given day, you will see a nurse helping out their patient or simply having a conversation with them. It’s large facility with a nurses who work tirelessly, ensuring our loved ones golden years are pleasant no matter there economic dynamics. Rest in peace Julia R. Sykes

My husband has had to stay At Reo vista a few times to recover. Skilled nursing facilities are not always the happiest places, and there is no perfect system. Reo Vista is better then most, clean and well ran. they all do their best we’ve never had any major issues and my husband’s care has been good. Unfortunately not everyone has family to advocate for them but the key is visiting often and staying on top of your loved ones care, speaking up when you need to. The staff is usually quick to resolve any issues. They have remodeled quite a bit, it’s looking better each time, bright and clean no bad oder which nursing facilities are infamous for. I would like to add… that their Physical & Occupational Therapy teams are awesome!

My Nana was here for almost 3 months. From Physical therapy to daily events, games & community. She really enjoyed her stay.

The administration has been very attentive always working for you to have a great time there and all the team is very attentive working hard to provide the best care thank you All for the wonderful care you give to mi Mom thousand thanks is not enough

I highly recommend this place for those who need physical therapy and nursing care…The staff here are very attentive and helpful they treat their patients with the utmost respect and courtesy…most of all it is a very clean environment which was a plus for my wife 😂… The Therapists are awesome… I gave it 5 stars 🤩😍 Update: My wife was at this facility and she was treated so well by everyone there…they loved her she met new friends she was so happy being there… Unfortunately she was taken to Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista she was in ICU due to COVID and then 5 days after we made a painful decision to let her go to hospice after COVID and She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children Norma Héctor And Michael and Myself Her Husband Jose by her side…I would love to thank You for taking such Good Care of My Wife… One of your staff members made a courtesy call to us I believe his name was Dallen he wanted to see if my wife was doing much better and I had to give him the terrible news 🥺.. he wanted to know when the services will be and I explained to him that my son was making all the arrangements and that I would let him know… I highly recommend it here for anyone looking for a good facility for Physical Therapy… Thank You All So Much…🙏🙏🙏💜💜💜

I’ve been a Patient here at reo Vista for over two months and I recommend this place for anyone who needs rehab or nursing care. they have the most helpful,caring,inspiring staff ever. everyone comes out out there way to help and support you. it’s a place that helps with your negative thoughts and makes everything so positive and loving. overcomes your health and makes everything better

Tuve la oportunidad de viajar desde Houston hasta este lugar a visitar mi tía y me sentí como si fuera mi casa las secretarias muy amables te atienden como si fueras parte de la familia las enfermeras tratan de hacer lo posible para poder atender tantas personas con diferentes problemas de salud y mental no hes fácil para ellas pero están pendientes en todo los aspectos se preocupan por la seguridad de los pacientes por eso se los recomiendo para sus familiares

Place not organized. Lost clothing during discharge. Waited at the laundry room to find her clothing and nothing. My mother was wearing someome elses clothing when discharged. How sad for a place, wiith so many workers. Not even organized. 3 People per room…very crowded. Not enough staffing to help. During room transfering took to long to get my mom’s bed prepared. Waited a while because the nurse was attending to another patient. Where are the other nurses?

The Reo Vista team did such an excellent job helping my dad start walking again following several surgeries. I am so grateful to the entire staff for their responsiveness and attentiveness. They took such good care of him and took the time to really get to know him and his needs during his 2.5 month stay. I would like to express special thanks to the following: social workers Bree and Jessica for helping us find a wonderful board and care facility; PT & OT specialists Rowena and Liz; Speech therapist LJ; nurse Karen and CNA Francis. Also, thank you to Landon and Marshall for helping my dad change rooms when needed. I highly recommend Reo Vista as a skilled nursing facility. They’re professional, well-trained and trustworthy.

The worse place to have a family member, starting with the social workers (Jessica) to the nurses. They need better staff they can have been working their for years and still can get it right. NOBODY answers but the receptionist how embarrassing.

Es un lugar muy bueno y siempre estuve en contacto con Gisela la trabajadora social y siempre muy amable ayudándome en todo lo que se nesecitaba, y el personal muy amable también, muchas gracias por todo 👍. Mi papá salió muy bien de ahí.
